LONGi, a global leader in solar technology, has been recognized at the prestigious 2025 S&P Global Platts Global Energy Awards, securing the Corporate Impact Award in recognition of its contribution to advancing clean energy access and strengthening energy resilience worldwide.
Considered one of the most respected platforms in the global energy sector, the S&P Global Platts Global Energy Awards celebrate leadership, innovation, and excellence across the energy value chain. This year’s program featured 211 finalists from 166 companies across the world, with only 21 winners selected across all categories.
In addition to winning the Corporate Impact Award, LONGi was also shortlisted in two other major categories: Emerging Technology of the Year and Excellence in Energy Award – Power, underscoring the company’s continued leadership in high-efficiency solar innovation and sustainable energy solutions.
The Corporate Impact Award recognizes LONGi’s Mozambique solar project, which delivered stable and affordable electricity to underserved communities, including schools, healthcare facilities, and essential public services. In a region historically affected by limited energy access, the project has played a transformative role in improving quality of life, supporting community resilience, and enabling socio-economic development through clean energy.
